1 on 1 Fitness Coaching
One on one fitness coaching is just that: You and your coach, training together. These are LIVE training sessions and may be done virtually, in person, or a combination. No more wondering if you’re doing a movement correctly or at the appropriate intensity. Your coaching will develop a progressive training program for you and will meet with you to assist in it’s execution. During these sessions the coach will assess your progress, make adjustments, and assist with form improvements.
